Trainings are kept small, ensuring for the heart of facilitators to reach the heart of each and every student. Because of this, Seek graduates are quick to begin actively raising consciousness around the world themselves. Catherine's students can be found creating their own retreats, teaching at festivals, advising prime ministers, and traveling the world; all because of yoga.

Seek’s trainings are immersive, all encompassing, holistic experiences, which dive beyond the typical conceptions of yoga and into its rich Indian and East Asian history.
Seek’s 200 hour yoga teacher training provides all the tools you need to teach not just physical yoga classes, but to live yoga, much past the corners of your mat. The comprehensive curriculum covers topics such as anatomy, intelligent sequencing, basic Sanskrit, yogic philosophy, breathwork techniques, the business of yoga, and much more.
