When you sign up for Yoga Teacher Training with Seek Yoga Collective, you are welcomed into a community that accepts you for who you are and will walk this path with you through darkness and light. We are here for it all.
PLUS, did we mention that we will spend THREE glorious weeks in the Sacred Valley of Peru? What are you waiting for?!
A yoga teacher training is more than a certification. It’s a container where people live, learn, and transform together. Because of that, who steps into the circle matters just as much as what we teach.
At Seek Yoga Collective, we practice discernment when welcoming students into our YTT. This isn’t about exclusivity...it’s about alignment. We call in the right people at the right time, so that each person’s growth supports the whole group.

This Training May Not Be For You If:
Our training takes place in one of the most breathtaking and spiritually significant regions in the world. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, ancient Incan terraces, flowing rivers, and vibrant Andean culture, the Sacred Valley has long been regarded as a place of healing, ceremony, and deep connection to the natural world. It offers the perfect environment to step away from the distractions of everyday life and fully immerse yourself in the practice of yoga.
Just a short journey from Machu Picchu and many of Peru's most revered archaeological and ceremonial sites, the Sacred Valley invites transformation on every level. The slower pace of life, the rich traditions of the local communities, and the palpable sense of reverence for the land create an experience that extends far beyond the yoga mat. This isn't simply where you'll earn your certification;it's where you'll reconnect with yourself in a place that has inspired seekers for centuries.

Catherine Wetenkamp is not just a teacher, she is a living embodiment of the yogic path, guiding others into their deepest power with clarity, reverence, and transformative presence. A lineage-rooted educator, storyteller, and visionary guide, Cat is the founder of Seek Yoga Collective (formerly Kintsugi Yoga) a community for seekers to discover that what they are seeking is already within themselves.
With well over 5,000 hours of teaching experience and 2,000+ hours of advanced training, Cat has led dozens of 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings across the globe. Her work synthesizes power vinyasa, kriya, meditation, and Tantric philosophy, offering a rare depth of practice that initiates students into their own power as ritualists, leaders, and wise teachers.
Cat completed advanced initiatory study in Rishikesh, India. Through this sacred study within a living Himalayan Tantric lineage, Cat deepened her devotion to kriya yoga and the wisdom teachings of the Dasha Mahavidyas. She carries these teachings forward with reverence, integrity, and devotion. As a Kriya Yoga Master Teacher, her work is not merely instructional; it is devotional, radical, and liberatory.
Cat’s teachings have reached thousands—from sold-out crowds at Yoga on the Rocks (three-time featured teacher) to elite athletes like the Denver Broncos, whom she supports in mindfulness, recovery, and resilience. Across retreats, teacher trainings, and transformational spaces, she brings yoga into both peak performance and the quiet grit of everyday life.
A lifelong student of goddess mythology, non-dual Tantra, and the inner technologies of awakening, Cat teaches with both heart and precision. Her classes are not simply sequences; they are portals, alive with breath, story, sweat, and silence. Through her work, students do not just learn yoga; they begin to live it.

Addie Uhl is a California-based yoga teacher, writer, content creator, and podcaster whose work centers on connection, curiosity, and embodied experience. Her journey began in 2022 with hot fusion Pilates in Denver, where she first discovered a deep love for teaching and movement. Following completion of her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cat, Addie’s love expanded beyond the mat to include philosophical inquiry, energetic exploration, and embodiment research. She is currently enrolled in Cat's 300 hour yoga teacher training for November 2026.
Her teaching is rooted in the intention to cultivate connection — between not only herself and the people she works with, but between the world as a whole; the body as an integral part of that whole. Students will be invited to listen, feel, and engage more deeply with their senses, intuition, and transcendental wisdom, understanding both their physical and non-physical form in a whole new way. Addie’s teaching fosters a remembering of the power of movement — experiencing it not as a chore, but as an expression of the joy and privilege that comes from being able to move at all.
Following years of struggle with the relationship to her own body, Addie found her dharmic call transmitting the yogic wisdom which healed her across all the mediums she can — leading asana classes, research projects, and workshops, while also creating content on her social media, her podcast Tuned Up, and her Substack Blog. You can connect with her on all platforms @addieuhl.
Outside of the yoga world, you will forever find Addie living yoga; spending her free time in constant exploration — going upside down, into books, and across the world.
